This online course educates and disturbs tax clients about the threat of higher future tax rates and introduces several ways to create tax-free income – efficiently, over a period of years. It is designed to enable tax pros to expand tax prep into tax planning, and charge higher fees for tax services.

The course has been viewed over 1,000 times and has earned 4.5 out of 5 stars. Delivered in short video segments (5 – 10 min.) lasting a total of 90-minutes, it covers the national debt, income tax basics, and a variety of tax-free income sources from Roth IRAs to HSAs, and reverse mortgages to life insurance based retirement plans.

Course tuition fees are shared with, or waived for, the referring tax professional.

A continuously expanding collection of case studies and planning strategies to expand tax pro knowledge of tax and financial planning topics, such as estate planning strategies, special needs planning, buy-sell funding, college savings options, Roth Conversions, stock options, alternative investments, cryptocurrencies, and so on. [This Training Library is for tax pros, not clients.]

For use with clients as a basis for tax planning, the Excel sheet separates client assets into 3 categories, based on their tax treatment, and adds additional relevant information needed for futuristic tax planning. Clients may complete this fact finder themselves before beginning the planning stage, or tax pros may assist clients in preparing it.
